David McQueen is an international speaker, executive coach and facilitator. He is passionate about leadership and speaks, coaches and facilitates events around how leadership can be most effective. David is a storyteller and is passionate about getting his clients to tell their story as leaders.

David is the founder of two businesses that focus on leadership development and presentation skills.
MAGNIFICENT MINDS is a leadership development company targeted at leaders and senior managers in public, private and third sector organisations. It is his main vehicle for speaking and in house programmes delivered to organisations and public programmes for professionals and undergraduates.
MAGNIFICENT GENERATION is a youth leadership company which delivers programmes and consulting to schools and colleges. It operates mainly in the UK but has been involved in a number of initiatives and presentations in the Middle East, Africa and North America.
In addition David is a mentor to a number of young entrepreneurs in the UK who are either starting their business or looking for processes and methods to lead and grow their companies. He has worked on a number of initiatives to mentor and encourage young enterprise including NFTE, Enterprise Trust, Young Enterprise and the Branson School of Entrepreneurship.
SPEAKER & PRESENTER
David is an international speaker and has had the opportunity to travel the globe to nearly ever continent speaking for conferences and companies. A storyteller, humorist and huge lover of research and data he delivers his content to his clients with a unique style that is remembered long after the events. He has hosted numerous conferences and chaired in house meetings and away days for clients across all three sectors. A skillfull presenter and facilitator he has worked with clients to make them look good. Not afraid to tackle the tough subjects but also adept enough to manage sensitive subjects in a professional manner.
David is a TV presenter and was the co host for Channel 4′s Vocation Vocation Vocation and the presenter for Pioneers TV an online platform for startup businesses designed and curated by Virgin Meda.
EXECUTIVE COACH
David works with senior managers and leaders as a coach, focusing on advanced presentation skills and career development. Using an array of tools and methodologies David works to improve performance with his clients for both personal and organisational excellence. His clients range from industries such as banking, energy and technology to leaders in the third sector.
David is the husband of a beautiful wife, the father of two amazingly gorgeous daughters. He loves poetry, reading history and is a lifelong supporter of Liverpool FC.
